Who we are

The Signature Hair Studio, Old Tuesday Market (Nana Nsuaah I Market), 1st Floor, Dormaa Ahenkro, Ghana. Contact: comfortamponsah410@gmail.com · 050 841 4696. We handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect

When you book: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, optional email, the service, date and time, and any notes you add. At the studio we may record payments, visit check-ins and your optional rating. We do not collect card numbers online — payment happens at the studio.

Why we use it

To confirm and manage your appointment, send booking messages and reminders you agreed to, show your queue number on our studio screen (first name and initial only), run loyalty rewards, and keep business records. Offers and news are only sent if you ticked the separate marketing box.

Your choices

You can stop offers at any time from My Bookings or by replying STOP on WhatsApp. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is stored with our secure hosting provider and only shared with messaging services needed to deliver your booking messages, or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting purposes; marketing preferences until you withdraw consent.

Cookies and tracking

This site only stores what is needed to work (for example your light/dark preference and staff sign-in). We use no advertising trackers and no session recording. Our fonts are served from our own site, not third parties.

Children

Bookings must be made by someone aged 18 or over. Appointments for children must be booked by a parent or guardian using their own details.
